Cory Byers is the founder and Managing Director of KBSS Engineering, established in 2012. In 2015, Cory expanded his entrepreneurial ventures by founding Globe Hill KBSS Joint Venture in partnership with Frances Hayes. With a strong background in maintenance and construction services within the Oil and Gas industry, Cory excels in providing innovative solutions to client problems, demonstrating his commitment to delivering efficient and effective results.

Frances Hayes GHKJV Director
Frances Hayes is a prominent figure within the Thalanyji community, serving as a valued Board Member of the Buurabalayji Thalanyji Aboriginal Corporation. With a deep-rooted commitment to empowering her community, Frances also holds the title of founder and Director of Globe Hill Construction and Mining Services, established in 2010. Dedicated to the creation of opportunities, Frances is passionate about fostering employment pathways, implementing training initiatives, and developing tailored apprenticeship programs.
