The services KBSS provide extends from large scale support through to minor works. This includes on-site welding, mechanical and piping installations, as well as structural assembly and erection of fabricated infrastructure. Managed maintenance services can also be provided on a long-term basis where required, with an integrated service offering in collaboration with our clients’ operational leadership.

Workshop Fabrication & CNC Machining
Our workshop facility is the largest in Karratha and comes with a skilled team of experienced and verified boilermakers, supervisors and fitters.
We consistently provide high-quality workmanship for our clients and support to our onsite divisions.
We train apprentices from our workshop facility under the guidance of qualified tradespeople.

In-house Specialist Coatings
KBSS delivers both onsite and off-site solutions for abrasive blasting and high performance coating systems such as Humidur®. With in-house NACE 2 & 3 qualified inspectors, our dedicated team ensures quality outcomes using specialist equipment and customised mobile units for painting activities.
NPI & Facilities Maintenance Services
In addition to our SMP, Fabrication, Machining and on-site maintenance capabilities KBSS also has a team dedicated to supporting building and completion works for non-process infrastructure.
This includes workshops, warehousing, camps & facilities and client owned residential accommodations. We have also supported community projects and initiatives as well as major building refurbishments following major weather events etc.
Scopes also include associated works such as civil earthworks, drainage and concreting and we have provide the systems, management and oversight of pre-qualified sub-contractors to ensure such infrastructure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
